B- 7 Vasant Kunj Branch. Need improvement I have very good experience from the ICICI Bank from previous years. The person who was on starting new branch was a customer oriented person. Only senior staff only giving time to listen the customer. Person for responsible task not upto the mark and simply asking for waiting without any solution. *Very poor coordination and cooperation. *Very casual attitude towards the customer. *Welcome kit was not received timely due to the delay in process from the branch:- New account opening in responsible person was very causal. * ICICI courier service done via delhivery courier they never call the customer during the delivery time. *Information shared for redelivery request from the branch asked for new card it took extra charge. ** For the support staff provided the visiting card , never answer the call. Suggestion -: Blue dart courier service was in past years was excellent by ICICI Bank for their services ...Awasome. Continue with excellent services and let the customer may feel they got the best service.👍

Very bad experience only with this branch ( B7 -Vasant Kunj) of ICICI Bank where as all other branches have excellent behaviour. Visited thrice during last 15 days for Mobile banking updation / Linking my mobile no. to bank account, Given all documents proofs in written 2 times. But , no body bothers to update inspite of my waiting for hours together. Willing to close my saving account operating since last 10 years.
