I was admitted this hospital on 2 May afternoon for typhoid problem and discharged on 9 May 2023 These 7 days I got the best treatment from the best Doctors in the hospital. My doctor was Dr. Sanjay Mishra thorough gentleman, very knowledgeable, explaining everything possible to patients regarding the disease (never seen this quality in most of the doctors I know), lovingly caring, and very soft-spoken. Every hospital should have a doctor like him. I wish him all the best. The nursing staff, helpers, and cleaners are nice and hard-working and very good behaviour. Shruti Jha

Wonderful experience with BENSUPS hospital. and the staff was always helpful and kind. Come here for my mother's stone treatment. Thanks to Dr Sanjay Mishra for handling my mother well.. and Dr. Amit Kundu is a wonderful surgeon but After the surgery, he did not come to meet my mother even once, nor did he tell her what to eat for a few days. afterall we are completely satisfied with the treatment and again thanks to Dr. Sanjay Mishra and Dr. Amit Kundu for their quick workup.

I was admitted on 1st December 2022 in Bensups Hospital, located near metro station dwarka Sector 12 and was discharged on 7th December 2022. I went in the emergency and was given immediate attention with proper care and support by Dr. Nilay. He was very cooperative and even after I was admitted to a normal room, he used to visit me daily and ask about my health. My main doctor was Dr. Sanjay Mishra, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, empathetic and made me feel cared just like home, wise and skillful, and monitored me continuously, very calm, energetic and basically he is the best doctor I have ever encountered. Not only the doctors but the helping staff and nurses were very helpful, made me feel like home. Especially nurse Ms. Silky Dahiya, Ms. Savitri, and all other nursing staff was very careful, communicative and flexible. There was this doctor who used to visit at night, Ms. Vishwabha, she was very charming, energetic and very positive. Mr. Narendra Joshi, the housekeeping head, used to visit me daily and ask for updates on my health and he was responsible for changing my clothes, bedsheets and cleanliness of the room. The rooms were very spacious and the atmosphere in the hospital was very quite and calm, which helped me relax and get better soon. Ms. Jyoti, the receptionist, was very helpful and polite. Thanks to Mr. Krishna Bhandari, the TP head, helped me in processing all my bills. I would like to thank everyone who made my stay comfortable and cured me.

I was admitted to this hospital on 15  October 2022 evening for an acute gastroenteritis problem and discharged on 20 October. These five days I got the best treatment from the best Doctors in the hospital. On the first day, Dr. Chatterjee looked after me in the emergency room. He is a polite, knowledgeable, and a little bit commanding doctor. I wish him all the very best. My main doctor was Dr. Sanjay Misra- a thorough gentleman, very knowledgeable, explaining everything possible to patients regarding the disease (never seen this quality in most of the doctors I know), lovingly caring, and very soft-spoken. Every hospital should have a doctor like him. I wish him all the best. The ICU staff is very efficient, especially Mr. Satinder. The nursing staff, helpers, and cleaners are nice and hard-working. I also wish to appreciate Mr. Mahabir Ji, the Manager of the hospital, for his cooperation and very good behaviour.
