Especially recommend the pizza! The owner has international experience in creating excellent dishes, and a high standard that he holds his food to. Relaxing dining atmosphere, and kind staff!

I really liked their pepperoni pizza, as the pepperoni was made from lamb not pork, which was something new. Even their coffee is amazing, I usually go for their french press.

Great pizza is finally coming to Delhi. These guys are ingredient focused so expect bold flavors. The menu is honest, cooking is confident and service is thoughtful. Must try the truffle oil mushroom soup, burrata salad and classic margherita pizza. Saio is the new it pizza place in town.

Stayed nearby and ate dinner her three nights in a row. Fresh pasta, delicious quinoa salad, the dessert calzone was delicious! Service was great and the owner was so pleasant and kind and helpful when ordering. Highly recommend to anyone craving Italian food! Didn’t try the coffee but I would have if it was morning!

Hands down the best Italian food I had in India. Authentic and original meals. I recommend the thin crust pizza with a pesto base 😍
