I also had a kachodi chat with curd, chole, and different chutneys in it.
All fresh and very tasty without any cheap oil or too much oil that u generally get from snacks shops. They operate with idea to serve safe and tasty Rajasthani food.

A roadside shop with some nice clean space for sitting. Value for money and great taste for sure.

Must visit place in Rohini sec 8...those who are missing Jaipur/Kota/churu/Alwar/Jaisalmer/Bikaner/Jodhpur/Salasar/Jhunjhnu/Khatu/mehandipur etc etc... they are most welcome...the Ker sangri ro saag/besan gatta/ Dal baati churmo/dahi bada/kanji bada is all awesome.... I loved it a lot...but someday I would like to have the maangodi ro saag if you have that....thank you for your authentic delicacy 🤤🤤...now I don't feel away from home...
