Pretty good for a private bus service waiting area. And a good business too, they must be earning more per traveller from their lounge expenses than ticket price.

It was a great experience overall ..I had a lot of fun with my friends staying at the loungeDriver was very punctual and arrived an hour before journey. Owner followed up thoroughly during beginning and end of journey, My experience with Zingbus lounge has been amazing. The staff were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable

It's a good lounge, I stayed there on my journey to Dharamshala, washrooms are clean and we'll maintained, charging plugs are available , it also have a food court,the service was good , go for it👍
