Claire's Corner Copia

Claires is an amazing place. I ordered a vegan grilled cheese with avocado tomatoes and vegan bacon. It was the best grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had. I also witnessed the relationship between Claire and her employees. Claire included her staff in pertinent menu decision-making and showed a very high respect for their input. It’s clear that this restaurant functions with a high degree of integrity, camaraderie and warm among the staff, owner and patrons. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back many times in the future.

Ordered a quiche with a side of fruit. After waiting 45 minutes for them to heat up quiche that was in the display, they served me a tiny slice of cold quiche for with this beautiful side of fruit. Rotting banana and 3 slices of apple. Honestly gross and I would never come back here. Not sure how it is a popular restaurant or has any good reviews.

Seriously fantastic veggie food. I heard about this place from everyone since I moved here; "If you're a vegetarian, you gotta check out Claire's Corner Copia, they're so good." Finally made it over here and, boy howdy, they were not kidding. My feet are now cold because it knocked my socks off. Def recommend.

Food is good. Not exceptionally astounding, but it doesn’t need to be, especially for a place that specializes in vegetarian and vegan recipes — impressive that they are still highly capable of making a good, classic burrito or pizza. Staff are very nice, service is good. Location is convenient. Best part is probably the atmosphere— very welcoming, good lighting and music, all around a great place to meet up with a friend or grab some coffee. Would recommend for a casual outing somewhere.

This place is a great vegan spot go eat breakfast, lunch..or whatever. It had so many menu options it was overwhelming in a good way. We went for brunch... and had french toast, smoothies, OJ, plant based sausage, and more. My french toast was topped with fresh cut banana, maple syrup and it was filling and delicious. The sausage on the side was just enough to complete this meal. I left feeling satisfied and eager to come back. I wish they had one in VA closer to me.

Love this restaurant that is allergen friendly with vegan options. I had a beautiful eggplant grinder on rich bread. The staff's kindness shows always and imbibes the atmosphere, it's not just something they put on their mugs. I enjoyed being able to get some work done with classical music playing in this atmosphere.
