4.8 Stars! Corey is the best waiter I’ve gotten a chance to serve me. Informative, Friendly, & has amazing foresight. He was able to understand our needs and guess our next move. The Pizza is Better than Sally’s and On par with Pepe’s. The sauce was a little less pasty and more loose. I had a fresh mozzarella for the first time and I LOVED it. We also ordered a Pepperoni Pizza but the fresh Moz was soo good there was no looking back. Quiet, simple, & quick are words if use to describe the atmosphere/ambience/service. The Brussel sprouts were the best of the best. I love Pizza & I love this Place.

Best restaurant experience we’ve ever had, from top to bottom. We had clam pie from the other “big 3” spots around town and this was definitely a step ahead. No big lines, no entitlement, just a great restaurant through and through. Clams were fresh and moist, the crust was perfectly baked. Our waiter, Corey, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun. The owner, Doug, came around and chatted with us for a while and showed genuine concern for his business and his customers being over the top satisfied. We had the Buffalo cauliflower app, which was freshly fried and crispy, even the ranch and blue cheese were homemade and extraordinary. We also got the potato pizza with eggplant instead of bacon, as we don’t eat meat, and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. The potatoes were fluffy, flavorful, and to die for! Lastly we had the ice cream sandwich for dessert and it was also one of the best desserts I’ve had. Everything was made with such care and love, we were treated with tremendous respect and appreciation, and I just can’t recommend this place enough!

My new favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, when it's delivered, it's stone cold. I went to the restaurant to get at least one hot one. Glad I did. People were nice, loved my butternut curry soup and my plain pizza with garlic was even better than usual hot. Pizza came out a little slow, but they had 2 large parties and the bar was full. Had my trusty tablet, I wasn't impatient. I had my motorized scooter with me and my server was great about helping me find an appropriate table where I could park the thing. For us New Haveners, it's the old Humphrey's tavern , refurbished. Will go back again.
