Beyond Sushi

As a non-vegan, I was initially skeptical about dining at Beyond Sushi in NYC. But to my surprise, every dish I tried was absolutely incredible! The fake tuna, expertly paired with zesty lime and luxurious truffle caviar, was a revelation. The fried cauliflower wings were crispy and flavorful, a real delight. But the standout for me was the charred avocado roll – a masterpiece of taste and texture. And let's not forget the five-spice “chick’n” dumplings; they were so delicious that I had to stop myself from ordering a second round! This experience has completely changed my perception of vegan cuisine. Beyond Sushi is not just a fantastic vegan restaurant; it's a fantastic restaurant, period. A solid 10/10 from me, and I'm already planning my next visit. It's definitely earned a spot on my list of regular dining destinations!

Cool place, good service, great for vegans. The ramen was tasty, but the noodles were very soft & for $22 (nearly $30 with tax & tip) I would expect it to be perfect. It did have an extremely accurate vegan fried egg so for any vegans craving an egg I would recommend. On the other hand, the curry soup was tasty & reasonably priced at $16, but it only had noodles & vegan chicken - as described to be fair, but would rather pay a couple more dollars for a couple more toppings!
