I enjoyed a first rate NY strip. The French onion soup was very good also. The Bloody Mary hit the spot. Menu has numerous steaks, salads, starters, sides, and other entrees. Full bar menu. Service was excellent.

Incredible meal with a filet cooked to perfection with a charred flavor explosion (med. rare), dilectable bernaise, perfectly creamy spinach, onions chrisped just right, semi chunky fresh garlic mashed potatoes, and an amazing dirty martini with blue cheese olives. I travel the world and come across many of the best steak houses, and the value and quality at West Side is agmonst the best. Seriously, don't think twice about West End, just go and enjoy!

Absolutely fantastic! Went for a late lunch and it was not busy at all. Steak cooked to perfection, mac and cheese was phenomenal and the calamari and clams were yummy! Would definitely go back again!

Had a pre-cruise dinner here based on the reviews. Lived up to it very well. Had the New York strip rare to medium rare and cream spinach. Food was excellent as was the service and the desserts.

My waitress Marta was very awesome. We had a party of 10 and she did great. Food was good. Drinks were good. I ordered an old fashion and it was a bit strong. I asked Marta for her recommendation on a juice to add to it and she lemonade and it was a great mix. I got the mussles in red sauce. And apple pie with ice cream!

Fantastic meal. I had the fillet and it was cooked to perfection, well seasoned and flavorful. I also recommend the creamed spinach for a side! Delicious! Reasonably priced and very friendly staff.

The steak was great also ordered the fried calamari which is the Wife’s favorite not so much mine, but I have to tell you it was great, also they make good Margarita, best one I’ve had in NYC so far.

Fantastic choice in the heart of the city.
The service was great and the waiters were very attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the NY strip & the baby loin lamb chops both with a side of the roasted garlic mashed potatoes. The meat was juicy and cooked to perfection with an excellent seer. The mashed potatoes had just enough garlic flavor without being overbearing. I wish I could speak for their desserts, but we just didn't have the space for it. More reason to return.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

I ordered the braised pork shank with shiitake risotto. The meal had incredible flavors and the meat was so tender no knife was required. The wait staff was very attentive and moved unused plates quickly. Will definitely come back.

Very good steak with extras and ribs, me and my friends were delighted. Very friendly service, interesting decor, nice atmosphere - you can see that this place cares about the customer. I would highly recommend.
