Truly the best oyster experience in my life to date! The owner curates a wide array of oysters from the east and west coast. They were fresh and delicious. My gf and I had about 40 or so lol. We also enjoyed the marlin with caviar which a rich and robust flavor and the uni. 10 outta 10 highly recommend! A big thank you to the hard working staff and owner! Cheers! Hope to see you soon

Incredible experience. If you want to learn about each of the oysters you try, sit at the bar. We met the owner this way and he gave us a complete tour of the flavor profile of the oysters on the menu, how they were prepared, and information about where they came from. This place does it right, investing back into the resources we all love with their own sustainable oystering operations. Be sure to try these “house” varieties because they were hands down some of our favorites. Beyond the oysters, the tap list of beers is comprehensive and the drink menu is sure to have a cocktail anyone would enjoy.

Came here for the oyster happy hour and left super satisfied. The deal was a draft beer and six oysters for $12. There were three different types of oysters and the waitress recommended trying two of each. They were all pretty delicious but the small ones from south hampton were the tastiest. I ended up getting a second happy hour deal! The waitress was friendly and helpful and the place had a nice ambience. Also really enjoyed the whiskey cake before leaving. Hope to be back soon!

Upstate Craft Beer and Oyster Bar is an absolute delight! The seafood, especially the oysters, is fresh and flavorful, clearly showcasing the care they put into sourcing their ingredients. But it's not just about the food. The vibe here is electric and contagious, making it impossible not to have a good time. Pair that with their excellent range of craft beers, and you're in for an unforgettable evening. All around, a top-notch spot for food lovers and fun seekers alike. Can't wait for my next visit!
