5 Napkin Burger

It was my first time in this restaurant and without a doubt it will be one of the many times I want to visit it. Of course I recommend it. My waiter Dre was super friendly and attentive. I loved the food and much more the service. I was able to speak with one of the restaurant managers. Alberto Álvarez is very lucky to have him because he even took the trouble to approach all the tables to ask us if everything was okay, super focused on his work, without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have visited.

When that burger craving hits, I swear by 5 Napkins. Seriously, they've got spots all over, and every time I swing by, the food and service are just spot-on. Their burgers are like my guilty pleasure—they've got this crazy mix of flavors that just works. Whether I'm keeping it simple with a classic cheeseburger or going all out with one of their specials, it's a taste explosion. And the best part? The service is always top-notch. What's cool is that no matter which 5 Napkins I stumble into, it's a vibe. It's like the perfect combo of chill and a touch of fancy.

Gorgeous restaurant in Upper East side neighborhood. During Sunday lunch hours, we were able to get a table without waiting. There are both indoor and outdoor seating, and a very beautiful large bar area. We got pancakes, wings and Patty melt. Pancakes were little dry, wouldn’t have nice if they were moist and softer. The wings were on the decent, would have liked that to me moist as well, but the salad and garlic parmesan sauce were good. The Patty melt was the best item. Really nice toast, with lots of paddy and cheese. We ordered the blueberry mint lemonade and strawberry milkshake as well. Both were excellent. Throughout the dining, we had a tough time finding our server, but thankfully other servers were around to help us.

I love coming to this restaurant! Everything from the service- to the food is excellent! And it’s funny, every time we go, we end up sitting in the same booth. So we have a “special spot” at one of our favorite places. The food is soooo good! I can’t emphasize that enough. You will not be disappointed.

Best meal out we’ve had in awhile!! Incredible food and excellent service!! Definitely will be back. Started with the avocado tomato and feta salad. Delish and fresh. Each got Bacon Cheeseburger with side of fries. Regular and truffle fries. Burger was very juicy and tasty. You can tell the meat was good and fresh. Good size, not too big. Everything was perfect. The service was also great. First time in months we’ve had good service from the moment we walked into the door. Looking forward to returning and trying more items on the menu.
