Tao Uptown

Delicious food and drinks, relaxed ambience, and great service makes Tao Uptown a great thai restaurant option. They offer an amazing pre-fixe lunch option of $29.95 for an appetizer and an entree, with the option of dessert for an extra $5. They also offer $15 martini flights, which allow you to select 3 tiny tinis, which is also offered during their happy hour.

Marvelously dark and enticing. Tao was filled with visual beauty and great food. Cocktails were tasty. My pork chop was delicious and pre-cut for chopsticks. The brussels sprouts were very good, too. The doughnut dessert was a bit disappointing. The three sauces were predictable and should have been more exotic.

We have dined at Tao Uptown a handful of times over the years as well as the downtown location. While both places have solid food, you visit either location primarily for the atmosphere, which is fantastic! We had a special party here for my wife in the private dining room on the 3rd floor. The view from that room overlooks the entire restaurant. The experience was awesome. We couldn't recommend a party here highly enough.

I absolutely enjoyed my time here. I highly recommend the lobster and shrimp fried rice.The food tasted amazing but it was really salty. Apart from that, I had a wonderful time with my family celebrating our brothers birthday. They had forgotten a few of our foods but they fixed the issue right away. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and the staff was alert and tended to our needs. I look forward to going back to this restaurant again.

Wow. Incredible decorations and atmosphere. Feels like you are in a different world. Almost Disney World like. Really well done so you’d probably expect food to be no so good right but the food here was just as good as the atmosphere and decor. Service was also very attentive. When our waiter went on a breaks or something, someone else came by and checked on us and informed that waiter will be back shortly. There was a dish I did not like because it had seafood and they exchanged it for us. Incredible dining experience. Loved it!
