Pretty Good Neapolitan style pizza. Service was very friendly. Place is cash only which they do offer an ATM inside the restaurant but like most of those private ATMs it charges a service fee. Pizza sauce could do with just a fraction more Italian seasoning as I found it just a little bland.

The fried zuchini was very good and so was the white pizza. Unfortunately the chicken parm was just ok, kinda average. The sauce was decent and the chicken was kinda dry. Would go back for the pizza just not the chicken

Great spot in the east village. Super cute inside with some old New York charm. Service was great, always checking in and refilling water. Food was great. Order the roasted eggplant that they prepare tableside. For dinner we ordered pizza sacclia, portofino ravioli (handmade and stuffed in cheese sauce), and lemon pasta (this one was good nothing special) and our bill was VERY affordable.

Came here for a birthday and I thought that the food was good but it was too crowded! We had a table for 14 but was told to wait outside even though we had the room booked. The highlights for me were the Tagliata and the chicken Parmesan.

All heart and soul at Frankie’s. I wandered in after working 16 hours and ordered the rigatoni and a rare Barolo. Absolutely heaven. Tastes just like Nona’s. Much to love about this place—from the food to the warm staff to the ambiance and punk music. A new favorite and that means a lot.

cash only! we had the calamari, eggplant, prosciutto pizza, lemon pasta and chicken parmesan and they were all fantastic. best calamari i’ve had and the eggplant comes with a table side preparation. the cocktails weren’t anything special but they did the job. cute spot will definitely be back

Was recommended to come here on my trip to NYC by a local friend. I thought the Chicken Parmesan was amazing, probably the best I’ve ever had. Also really enjoyed the spaghetti that it came with. The lemon pasta was good but the lemon overpowered the dish a bit too much in my opinion.
We came for an early dinner and were the only ones in the restaurant and still had very slow service. Was pretty frustrating. The restaurant has a super romantic vibe which we loved!

Very good food! The lemon pasta is delicious. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. Portions are large and drinks are strong. Sat in their outdoor dining area along the street. Aside from the tight spaces to sit in, it was a good experience all around.

Not sure what hype is but it was just ok. Serving portions were good but the lack of choices may not be worth the wait ( it was Friday night and place had a queue). Spaghetti Limonade, Spinach Ravioli were good.

4. Cute, family-style, Italian spot with a large menu.
The food is simple, what you see is what you get, a little bit no frills! Big menu and lots of daily specials- there is something for everyone. The pastas we ordered cane covered in parm (not the fresh grated kind) so if you’re not into that, let them know.
Service- it was kind of slow and lackluster- friendly enough but perhaps she was overwhelmed by the number of tables she had to serve, though it wasn’t that busy.
Able to get a walk-in on a Sunday night on the patio and lots of tables available inside.
Cash only. Washroom is not nice but it is on the main floor.
Atmosphere is nice, intimate and casual.
