Ra Sushi Bar Restaurant

Wonderful atmosphere and yummy food. I loved the cocktails we tried. If you like sweet cocktails, ask your waiter to point out the sweetest cocktails! That's what I did and unfortunately don't remember the name of the cocktail I ordered 😬 It was the first one in the menu though. The poke bowl I ordered was fantastic. The ingredients felt fresh and tasted great. It came with miso soup and house salad, both of which were also great. It was cold and rainy outside, so miso soup really hit the spot. I would definitely go there again. There are definitely a couple things on the menu I still need to try. They have a birthday special offer - ask for details. We went there at around 9pm on a Friday and thankfully there wasn't a crowd. Just a nice balance between too many people and too little people where you feel awkwardly alone with the staff.

We went there before a play because it is across from to the Lyric theater. We arrived around 6pm and there was a nice crowd, but it wasn't too busy. We ordered drinks, sushi and entrees. All of the food was out to us with 20 mins. The service was fast and the food was very good. They play current pop music and around 7 it began to get busier. The Chilean sea bass was excellent

Delicious sushi and decent drinks. The happy hour specials are a great deal for Times Square. Crispy Spicy Tuna rolls for $8.50 - $10.50 and drink specials as well. I really enjoyed the sushi rolls. The chicken skewer was okay but not as flavorful as I had hoped. Overall a decent place to dine in and I would come back again.
