Wafles & Dinges

If you want an authentic Belgian waffle this is the place! How do I know? Because I'm from Belgium! When I was gifted these waffles they arrived packaged beautifully and still a bit warm! That's how fresh they are. Then I sent some to my uncle for his 80th birthday and asked them to add something special which they did! They included a hat from their store. Fantastic people, great waffles, excellent service - you can't go wrong ordering from them!!

Liege waffles with amazing sauces! What a treat to find this food truck right in the middle of Times Square! Server was so engaging too. She explained a lot about the origins & even more about Belgian culture. Waffle could've been more crisp & warm but I'll take these any day. Dinges means toppings & we had our wafels with dulce de leche dinges.

Had been to another outpost of this truck 6-7 years back, and loved it! Was excited to try it again since I was in NYC this past weekend. I would say I went in with a lot of expectation, and the place just met it. Got the WMD, which was good, but not as outstanding as I remember it the last time. Still, they do serve excellent waffles, and I'll give them a try again when I get to visit the big apple again. But maybe will try a different location. PS - their belgian hot chocolate is damn good!
