You can not go wrong with the "fun guy" dumplings. Dumplings filled with mushrooms...yes please. The spicy mang roll was so good. The nutty buddy spring roll was good but not as good as the spicy mang roll and the dumplings. I highly recommend the dumplings and any of the sushi rolls. The blueberry lemonade was refreshing and sweetened with agave. The guy taking my order was very helpful and recommended the fun guy dumplings. He was also super nice.

One of the true vegan options in Chelsea Market. A handful of options from the full menu displayed in the stand was not available. Food was ok but I was missing more flavor. The spacecing was also super tiny, only for six people to sit and all very close to each other.

This place was cool real small like 4/5 chairs up close to the chef who killed it kinda pricey for the portion sizes but not dying over it. Definitely had a bunch of variety with the vegan options. Took my mom out here we had a blast I’m vegan she’s not she still very much enjoyed this place.

As a sushi lover, it's definitely not the same and something to get used too- very cool idea though and glad that it is inclusive to all types of people however for the price I think I will stick to regular sushi from now on. Worth to try it out though and great if you don't eat regular sushi!

This place is a definite favorite for me and my family. I will admit, I'm solely a fan of their sushi and wasn't as excited about their other foods, but they're colorful, pretty, and delicious! And as far as sushi goes, there usually isn't a whole lot of vegan options elsewhere, so it's a nice change of pace to come here with as many choices as they have.

What an exciting surprise to have found Beyond Sushi. I am primarily plant-based, although I will eat fish on occasion, but the way they have experimented with the fusion of different plant-based foods is amazing. In a way I feel that this food is BETTER than Sushi. Can't wait for it to come out to the West Coast.

Delicious vegan sushi, but as or more expensive than regular sushi. So if you're not vegan or vegetarian, what's the hook? Also, when I asked the gentleman working the register for advice between two of the rolls, he pushed me quite hard to get both. (I'm fine with a little upselling, but don't push it multiple times.) He was very nice otherwise. But none of it was enough to make me want to go back again.

Very fresh sushi. They had some unique rolls which are very refreshing to see and try. We gave the mushroom roll a go and loved it very much. We almost tried their spicy mang as we were told it was their #1 seller. Staff was really nice and helpful. Their place was really clean. Give them a try if you love sushi 🍣!

Absolutely delicious! I was expecting the food to be very expensive but it was surprisingly reasonable, about $8 for some sushi rolls. The sushi was really unique and tasted super fresh. I was surprised at how delicious vegan sushi could be! The service was also very fast despite it being very busy.

Vegan sushi could not have tasted better. The sauces are awesome too. All of the rolls are so tasty and the sides are great too. The Magic mushroom is my favorite! The brownies are so so good. Also, beyond sushi caters events! They are super easy and fun to work with.
