Stk Steakhouse Midtown Nyc

I came here based on a friends recommendation and we booked a last minute reservation. We unfortunately had to sit outside in their hut and it was raining but it was heated. The server was just average and did not seem very happy or engaged, not sure if this was because he had to serve outside in the rain. The food was really delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly. They do offer you some options to add to your steak which I agreed to not knowing there was an added cost so just be aware of this. We also enjoyed some great appetizers. The inside atmosphere was almost like a club but had a great vibe. I would like to come back one day and sit inside and I am sure the experience will be even better.

Went for dinner with a client at 6PM and this place was packed! All tables were full and the bar was overflowing, so make sure you have a reservation! Tomahawk steak was delicious as was the tuna tartare. I was a little underwhelmed by the presentation of the steak as they just brought it out already cut from the bone and put it on the table.

Our server, Kahlique, was awesome. Everything was timed perfectly for us to make our 7:00pm showtime. The food was great. My only criticism was halfway through our meal the dining room lights were dimmed even further although it was already too dim to comfortably read the menu and the music was turned up so my party and I had to begin shouting to hear each other over the music. I didn’t enjoy the restaurant becoming a nightclub in the middle of dinner service.

I was here for my best friend’s dinner party and we all had an amazing time! We were served by Jeffrey, who was the sweetest and gave us a wonderful time. He was patient with us even though it was our first time and he was nice enough to recommend us his favorites! Super memorable! I totally recommend the spiked watermelon for those who love a fruity drink. lobster linguine was my favorite!

I came here for the Veterans Day promotion and to celebrate my birthday. Although I was told over the phone I could not make a reservation for one person and had to sit at the bar (no room but high seat tables adjacent) I received exceptional service from Valentin who went above and beyond as to recommend menu items that undoubtedly enjoyed and provided such exemplary service that I forgot I was sitting at the bar lol. I truly enjoyed my solo dining experience as I have gone to the location on Little West Street in the past as well.

We had a pretty good experience from start to finish. Dee, our waiter was exceptionally attentive and helpful. He recommended great drinks as well as some excellent options for our steaks. The ambiance was quite festive but chic. The tables are on the higher side which makes it a bit challenging for petite folks😅 but it was workable nonetheless. Overall it was a great experience, especially thanks to Dee!
