The Malt House

I’ve been introduce to this place by one of the owners Kevin. Never had a chance to show my gratitude to this place. The food, staff, atmosphere couldn’t be better. 10/10. Came here with my friends a while back before they got flooded. As I have mentioned everything was worth it. Highly recommended. If I’m. It mistaking they will be reopening soon.

A nice brunch place for small or big parties. I’ve seen the space and tables put together for 15+ people. Lots of people come here for their brunch, which is you buy and entree and opt in for the bottomless brunch +29 1.5 hours. Good food and drinks. Only thing is that it was so busy that refills on drinks took a little than longer because there was only one pitcher designated for a particular bottomless drink. If it ran out, they would need to refill that pitcher. Somewhat inefficient. But otherwise, the food was great - fries were nicely crisp.

The Malt House is a Greenwich Village staple known for their bottomless brunches. The food here is pretty decent too. We always go for the loaded nachos and sandwiches. Fish tacos are solid. Guac isn’t made fresh but everything else is. Overall solid bar food but come here for the vibes not the grub.

Great brunch spot. Drinks were delicious and, thanks to the bottomless option, plentiful. Pulled pork benedict was a really good variant of the classic dish. Little spicy, but not too much. Everyone elses dishes looked quite good as well. Service was good as well and the outside seating was well enough set up to be comfortable.

This place has a nice vibe. They've sealed off the booths so you know they take covid-19 seriously. The food was okay but not great. Specifically, the chicken and waffles were not up to par. The waffles were soggy and the chicken was stuck on top of it. There was no syrup either so the dish loses the whole concept of sweet and savory, since there was nothing sweet about it. The staff is attentive and courteous, and they have a good selection of craft beer.
