Shake Shack Fulton Transit Ctr - Manhattan

I went in for some fries and chicken bites but was WOWed by one of the workers there, he truly is a gem with his great big smile and unwavering enthusiasm for the work his does. Jay, this one is for you buddy! You really made an impression on me from your turnout to your disposition. You going places! Fulton SS, he’s a bright one, hope you guys absorb him into the management team.

This was my first time going to a Shake Shack and I'll definitely be back. I was craving chicken and it was the only thing still open in my way back home. The chicken bites were point hot and had good flavor. It was definitely real meat nuggets and not the processed kind you'd find at other fast food restaurants. Definitely recommend them if you're not in the middle for a burger. I will have to try those in my next visit and update this review. The restaurant itself was very modern and felt upscale. It was spacious and clean as well Being on the top floor of the Fulton train station so it was nice to be able to watch the commuters while you wait for your food. The staff were friendly and worked with a sense of urgency. The line was long but it moved very fast
