La Colombe Torrefaction

I come to this la colombe location regularly. The coffee is always solid; draft lattes are foamy and creamy, i recommend light ice. Regular iced lattes and iced coffees are also good. Their croissants are also good!! The seating fills up quickly, but if you can grab a seat it’s a pleasant place to read/get some work done, the shop gets some sunlight. That said, don’t come here to take your video/conference calls. It’s a small space and you won’t have privacy/other patrons will 100% overhear you. The folks at the counter are ALWAYS friendly, quick with service, helpful/answer questions about ingredients. They’re always pleasant and as far as industry standard in food service I never ever see the staff on their phones, even when it’s quiet. They’re seriously great. This was my first time at this location of La Colombe Coffee Roasters, but not my first time at a La Colombe. My life partner and I were in the area to participate in an Open Reiki Circle a few blocks away from this La Colombe, and since we were early, we stopped in for a coffee and a sweet treat (although my life partner had a hot tea and a sweet treat). The person who took our orders is WONDERFUL! Ido not know this person's name, but had brown hair and eyeglasses. This person was so professional, polite and changed the in-store playlist to play DISCO! Disco is forever, baby! I look forward to returning the next time I AM in the area.
