Very convenient especially when running late for work and need to run in and quickly grab something. The only complaint I have is regarding how awful their cookies are. The cookies look great, but they are rock hard! They overcook these amazing cookies and they are like concrete! So, don't buy a cookie unless you want to chip a tooth!

For a vegetarian person like me, I would recommend falafel wrap, falafel salad, brocolli cheddar soup and guacamole sandwich. Also they keep on adding new stuff.

Gourmet sandwiches. I had the Greek chicken with Greek green apple cinnamon granola parfait fresh. Had the olive oil sea salt chips with the refreshing cucumber juice
Monotone voiced atmosphere. The staff arentnyelling out orders and they didnt look surprised to see me there

I come a few times a week staff is super nice and friendly. Food is great almost always fully stocked. Tons of seating.

Pret brings the same great experience from London over to the US. If you don't want to risk making a bad decision on food, you can't go wrong with their options.

Good food, nice clean place. Confortable to sit and eat there. Get the code for the bathroom before going upstairs :)

I always like Pret as they give a lot of reward perks and in this case, the free drink perk was not in my account but the Manager gave me a free drink on the house anyway.
All in all, good hot food selections, excellent wraps but i would shy away from the cold sanwiches (that they can heat for you) as they are hard to chew or bite into for that matter.

Service is quick and great! Bathrooms were clean. Also, people there responded greatly when I just dropped in to get tissues.

The two young ladies that are here today Saturday February 3rd 2018. are amazing. This is my first time here. They were so friendly.I ordered soup before it was ready so I waited they checked on me to see if I was alright. Hospitality at its best. They made my day. God bless you ladies. By the way the soup and the roll were great.

Not so great coffee but the food is 👏🏼. Get the quinoa bowl for a warm and filling lunch/dinner! Lentil soup was 👌🏼
