They have the most delicious popcorn!!! I tried it in Chicago first and then was a regular customer at nyc location. Visited there today only to learn they’ve closed permanently 😞😞😞😞 Called the customer service and they said they’re looking for a new location and not open in NYC for several months!!!

Gave it a 4 star overall: taste (5) + price (3). I used to live in IL and every time I visited Chicago I made sure to stop by at a Garrett store. They always had this sweet caramel smell that made me feel happy and mouth water. The store in NYC was no different. They had nice atmosphere (aka sweet smell) flavor was no different than what I tasted in Chicago, IL! This became my must-stop place whenever I visit NYC! They are also generous with samples! If you are a popcorn lover and willing to pay some extra bucks to enjoy some high-end flavored popcorn, I recommend you give it a try!

Creating this review as I indulge in my Garrett/ Chicago mix. This place is hard to miss, located right on 34th and 7th ave! Upon entering, you're hit with the aroma of a buttery and sweet scent. How could you ever pass up on buying some of this popcorn goodness. The hard part is deciding if you want the regular, caramel or cheddar cheese popcorn. You can ask for a sample before you make a decision but then you find out that you like the caramel and the cheddar... now what do you do? Well actually, they have an option known as the Garrett mix where they will put half cheese and half caramel in the bag and mix it up for you. Usually, I'm not a fan of mixing sweet and savory but this makes an acceptation. I just hate when I receive stale popcorn... thats so disappointing and makes me want to reframe from the cheddar because its happened one too many times.
