This place has so much potential because the rooftop is really nice but the cocktails aren’t that good, they don’t have enough heaters, the waiter was pretty much ignoring us and when we asked about the happy hour that they say is still going on in google maps he said they didn’t have it without any reason, not to mention they literally sold us grocery store hummus and chips...

I had gotten stuck in the elevator for around an hour at this place. The elevator attendant kept giving us false assurance we were gonna get help and be treated after the traumatic experience. Once there, none of the employees even have an apology for improperly handling the situation or any sort of compensation. I work in the food industry myself and I would never treat a customer in such a way.

Definitely stay away from this place. It is a scam . To make a reservation they make you pay $50 deposit and you have spent those money otherwise you won’t get them back. The food is horrible and way too overpriced. The drinks are not worth the price either. The view is not even close to what you see on their website. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

The ambiance of this bar is nice. It's in some random hotel so finding the bar is tough. There is absolutely no signage until you enter the elevator itself. The hotel exterior doesn't mention it, at least there wasn't a sign when I went. That aside the bar has good drink specials for Manhattan and I'd recommend it to others looking for a view of the skyline. The bar itself is nothing special aside from the roof bar. Music is hip hop on speakers. This bar is wheelchair accessible. The staff is friendly. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The bar has a nice view of the empire State building.
