Marlow Bistro

Mili is the essence of Marlow Bistro. My sister and I went for the first time this past Friday and we didn’t want to leave due to the incredibly generous service we received from Mili. He treated my sister and I like royalty. I’m a neighborhood local so, I’ll definitely become a regular and this will definitely be my go to spot moving forward as long as Mili is there and we will definitely be back next weekend, maybe sooner! The food and drinks were incredible! Most of the pasta dishes are handmade in house which speaks volumes to their quality of food. Great atmosphere and a portion of their proceeds goes to help the local church. You can’t beat that :) Thanks for creating this memory for us and we look forward to making more at Marlow Bistro in the very near future! Xx

Came here for brunch, ordered the shakshuka, shrimp & grits, and avocado toast. Portions were on the smaller side, but food was good and more interesting than the average brunch menu. The avocado toast was especially good (though especially small for its $15 price tag, but that's avocado toast for you I guess...), and the poached eggs were perfectly done. The grits and shakshuka were okay. Overall not a standout but enjoyable brunch.

I've spent 6 months of COVID trying to replace my neighborhood local spot. Finally found it at Marlow. So please understand when I say the food is terrible the service is lax and the drink selection is medium, I'm saying that not because any of it is true, but because I want to be able to always have a seat for dinner service and I can't do that if it's full of Columbia students tiktok-ing their WAP "meatier/meteor" memes over a delightful oxtail pasta dish or turning the honestly phenomenal play on a chicken nugget into a microaggresion about portion size. It's a mousseline. Not a 6-pack of tendies.

Hi — the folks at the Marlow just started feeding the hungry and front line workers on their own when Covid started and then they started receiving donations to fuel their efforts and started helping the city feed people in shelters. What great people. I cannot wait to buy a dinner there when Covid 19 ends.
