The Little Frog

Revoltingly bad, frozen food. Inedible. We sent it back and asked not to be paid. The lousy manager forced our lovely waiter to tell us they’d comp one main but not the other. I persisted and they agreed to comp both and then added a $20 service charge. Unbelievably unprofessional, but nothing approaches their greed-driven prices and food made cheaply from obviously frozen ingredients. Plus a rat during dinner and roaches in the bathroom. Will never return and would recommend to any reading this to avoid at all costs. ***Update after reading the invective and falsehoods from the manager: We sent the food back after each trying ours and the others dishes. We asked for the check. He makes it seem like we were trying to skip the bill and then says shame on me? Add the manager’s character problems to why you should avoid this place.

We loved Little Frog! We live nearby and have been wanting to try it for a while now. The inside of the restaurant is very cute, and the restaurant was full on a Saturday evening around 7pm, so definitely call ahead! I think the service was amazing and I experienced no rudeness as a few other reviewers mentioned. The owner is French and doesn't beat around the bush regarding wait times and availability which is great, but I can see how some people may expect more sugarcoating in that regard. The food was amazing, the scallops were perfectly cooked through and the escargots were perfectly seasoned. I'll definitely be back!
