Mr. Adams

Sat in the bar area. After giving us our menu it took the waitress about 10-15 minutes to come ask what we wanted including the drink. Mind you it's a Tuesday night. We ordered the rodizio sampler, that was resit good. Calamari, they were regular. Mr. Adams filet mignon tips. Those came out lukewarm and they were more bread then meat. They asked how I wanted it cooked. I dont know why because the meat is a very thin slice. Drinks were ok. After bringing the food the waitress never came back.

When we arrived we were shown to a table by the receptionist. We decided we would rather sit next to the window and asked if that was okay. We were told that it was fine and that table settings would be brought to us. We proceeded to the table and begin to sit down when one of the waiters came over to us and reprimanded us about sitting at whatever table we want. Refusing to allow this to obstruct our dinner, we continued on. The food was pretty good and our waiter was very nice. When we received the check I noticed 18% gratuity had been added. Nowhere in the restaurant or on the menu is it mentioned that gratuity will be added, especially not for a party of 3. In addition, the gratuity was added before the tax was calculated, meaning our gratuity was being taxed. They also had the gall to provide calculations for suggested gratuity based on the total at the bottom of the bill, as if gratuity had not already been added. The gentleman next to me commented that a week ago he added gratuity based on these suggestions not realizing he had already been charged for gratuity. Not cool. The steaks were good but the shadyness of it all deters me from going back.
