If I was able to give minus starts this place will be at -100000 starts. My husband went there to get a triple baconator, nuggets and bacon cheese fries, after repeating the order 3 times the lady who took his order said I got it, when he moved up to pay they say it was $18 but this is what he usually orders and its always +$20 so he asked what did she put on his order and of course everything was wrong… He repeated the order again and when he moved up to get the order OF course everything was wrong they took it to change it and OF COURSE still gave him the wrong burger + a soaking wet on oil bag and the bacon and cheese fries were a soup of oil and cheese with 3 fries inside. Needless to say now there’s a stain of grease on his car seat, he is allergic to onions so he had to throw out the burger…

Louie R at the the Chancellor avenue location was attentive and got the line moving when it got busy. He was courteous and aware and kept his customer service not only at his highest level but went above beyond to also make sure the orders were filled correctly, I will come back aging just because of the service

Do NOT buy from this location. By far the worst experience of my life. Ordered at 4:05p and left the store empty handed at 4:30p. It’s Friday 4/1/22 and also payday bc 6 employees waiting for their checks cut the customer line to order food after getting their envelopes. They even got half off on their meals too. They were all also served first. The manager “De” on the receipt but Felicia” when I asked for her name, was the only one working drive thru and as she was issuing my refund was interrupted by an employee’s elder family member who appeared to have been waiting in her car a while for the check. After “Felicia gave the grandma the check, she walked away from the register before giving me receipt of the refund. The entire experience was gut-wrenching! Corporate needs to close the store down. As Felicia walks away, I asked another employee that was packing the food to get the manager’s attention and her response to was, “She needs a second.” (After I had already waited 15 minutes for just an Avocado salad and 5 minutes for a “Felicia” to get the check to the family member.” ATTENTION Corporate- shut it DOWN!!

Nasty young and immature staff, the workers are rude, has no customer service skills. They got my order and were missing i a whole meal. Their doors were locked so Ih had to park and walk around to the drive thru. The girl was rude and kept closing the window when I asked how long would it be to correct and. implore the order. Now, I can see if I was yelling and cursing at them about the entire bad service but although noticeably upset I contained composure and patience. Who wants to take chances if someone spitting in / dropping their food. Once I got my food, I then express how I really felt and told them how Ghetto and ignorant their establishment is. financial The food was in my hands by then.

They always have some of my Items missing. And the times this store is open is allover the place. I went there today and the door was lock and it's only four o'clock!!? And no holiday!? This store like to play games and it not funny.I'll go to another store even thought this one is up the street from where I live.
