As a person who grew up in the streets of NEWARK! This is what gives us the bad rep of ghetto & trashy ! && it doesn’t have to be that way!! SMH it makes me sad 😔 I’m being rather fair putting even 1 star after my last few visits, at times it’s ok(JUST OK) it’s a hit or miss type of place! yesterday I ordered food and the chicken looked like it sat overnight and they warmed it up it was HARD AS A ROCK!!! Mind you it was only 11am !!! completely disgusting and disrespectful. & the service isn’t the most greeting place at all! Definitely needs better management & serve safe training for employees. There’s some things you just don’t do! This is a fast food restaurant! There is guidelines & rules to service of food! People nowadays don’t care! It’s sad! IF I WERE YOU , TAKE THE EXTRA 6min DRIVE TO THE ONE IN BELLEVILLE ON WASHINGTON AVENUE!

Terrible service, ordered a chicken bowl with extra cheese, extra chicken and extra lettuce came out the regular size.. Talked with the manager Kevin who said they would make another and to call another day.. but now they just don't answer the phone when I call. Incompetent workers. Go elsewhere for service.

I asked for Nacho Bell Grande with no meat or beef and this is what I got. Tiny pieces of nachos and barely no cheese. The manager was very rude after I told him and refused to give me a new order. I am completely disappointed and will never go back here. It’s sad that this is the only Taco Bell in our area.

I have order on postmates and was missing 41. 00 in food …. Currently I have order a # 2 and the would be three soft Tacos I only received one and I had to get back in line … to get back in line wasn’t the problem but I jus called and there phone is busy but was ringing… I do understand it was a full line but the service when it comes to correct the orders isn’t great I do not Recommend the Taco Bell if you have large order … the manager don’t care if anything is correct and the full staff work like the hate there jobs…

Staff was friendly, outside seemed clean. Food was okay. Drive-Thru was a little slower than other drive-thrus I've been in recently. I asked at the window if they started making salsa verde sauce again, the green sauce, they replied... we have an avocado ranch? So I said, sure I'll try that. Then they replied, sorry we're so busy right with cars behind you I can't get you any, how about some packet sauces? I'm sorry, please do not entertain my sauce question initially if after you suggest an answer you won't follow through in getting it for me! And why is it my fault that since you have a lot of cars behind me, my experience is supposed to fall short? I got the Mexican pizza that people have been raving about... whomp whomp nothing special about this, I would not get again!! Also got two cheesy gordita crunches (1 beef and 1 chicken) and they were so dry!! Something was missing, maybe the sauce on them? Overall okay experience. Probably won't willingly choose this location again.

Weird experience. We placed the order through the mobile app went via drive thru as the app suggested however the order was not ready. So the server at teg window asked us to wait at the pick up spot in the parking. However after waiting there for a while she didn't come with the order. We decided to step in but the doors were locked. So we decided to drive thru again..that was double the hassle to be in the queue again and wasting gas....too much frustration! The star is only for courtesy!

This location is absolutely terrible. This is from a huge Taco Bell fan. They always park cars to make them wait for their food. Just don’t. I’ve currently been sitting here waiting for my food over 27 minutes and can’t do anything about it. Save yourself the headache and eat anywhere else but here.
