I order from Mario’s pizza faithfully as of today I will never place another order from here again . Everything is customer service if you have no customer service you will lose business . I had pizza delivered to my house the driver said she didn’t have change (when in front of my house ), this is the 2nd time this happen with this company . First time I let it go and let the driver keep the change . Why are you sending your drivers out with no change in the first place ?Today I called and told them to bring back the change because the driver literally just pulled off ( no reason you shouldn’t be able to bring it back ) when I called the delivery person answered and said “ you never stated you wanted change “ i told her , you as a delivery driver ask if the customer wants their change I shouldn’t have to tell you I want my change . Bring the change back because you said you didn’t even have change to begin with . She says you’ll have to wait for another delivery and hangs up the phone . My house and the pizza store is less than a 2 minute drive away . I get there she throws the change on the counter is going back and forth with me and the manager says nothing . You have lost a customer earned a negative review would give no stars just from this experience ! It’s not about the change it’s the service !!
