The food is made properly and no false wrongdoing has been made. The only thing that is lacking is staff. Such as waiting in line for one cashier and then they're also working the drive thru as well. Also just needs to keep their drinks well stocked. Nevertheless the food was great, the services was kind and my experience was with pleasure.

Honestly, I was amazed by their customer service. Who ever the staff was their yesterday afternoon, they were amazing. Especially the lady at the drive thru window. I didn’t get to sit down and eat my food until after 2 hours later, I was thinking perhaps my food wouldn’t taste the same but BOY WAS I WRONG! It tasted fresh and delicious! Thank you so much!

Each time I visit this location (weekly), the drive-thru staff is always pleasant. Food is always hot, neat (never sloppy), tasty.
Unfortunately, the closest location to me is East Orange [Central Ave], and they are entirely opposite of everything stated above.
Keep up the great work Heller Pkwy BK!!

I went in for service with my family on Friday morning. There is a old nasty as can be lady ( white) working at the register. Why would a respected business have such a nasty person greeting and taking customers orders. I will write to the corporate office about this horrible person.

The manager that was there was rude to every single customer that walked through the door. Asked for extra ketchup and she said you're going to take it home and put it in a bucket 😠 I grew up going to this Burger King on Heller Parkway and I'll never go again!! I had a big order three Whoppers, three cheeseburgers, two onion rings, three fries and two chicken sandwiches and apparently seven ketchups seem to be enough!!

If customer service isn't your thing you should really avoid cashier jobs. The cashier I can safely assume wasn't having a great day and it really showed

No only did they get my order completely wrong, I waited in a very long drive through to get the wrong order.. I will never go there again
