Caps Beer Garden

Don’t come here for sushi because there is zippo sushi on the menu. You order from a tablet on the bar. Good luck finding a server. Beer came in a minute. Pizza took 30 mins. The tablet has a little button to call your server, which I did but the pizza arrived just as I was doing that. In any case the pizza is edible, better than it might’ve been. It was enough for two people to satisfy the hunger without pigging out And pizza was the least outrageously priced food. Pretty much every place in this terminal gets bad reviews. This place wouldn’t be successful if It didn’t have a captive audience.

Ordered Turkey and chicken salad sandwich. It was below average, the bread was toasted too much so eating the sandwich was hard. Besides there were pieces of broken glass in my sandwich, which when I informed the waitress she had a pretty casual attitude and said what do you want me to do! She asked if I want to talk to the manager. Since I had a flight to catch I didn’t talk to the manager, but this is definitely a safety issue and I hope whoever the vertical is will work on fixing this both food and attitude issue.

Ordered a coffee and BLT breakfast, $25!! Coffee arrived after about five minutes and was actually quite good. 45 minutes later I went looking for my BLT. Ordered food and after 45 minutes it never came. I let the woman working there know I needed to board my flight and asked her to cancel the order. She rudely said “sure” and walked away. I asked her to confirm that I would be refunded and all she said was “yes”. It has been over a week and I still have not received a refund. I called their customer service the the person I spoke with was equally unhelpful. He asked for personal information like my home address (which I didn’t give him) but didn’t ask for useful information like my order number. He said he would let his “upper management” know and that was all. I asked him what next steps were and when I should expect a refund and he said he wasn’t sure. I asked if they have SLAs for refunds and he said no. I’m shocked they are allowed to operate a business like this. Couldn't be more disappointed

2 stars because we did actually get food and drinks and our server was nice. Very slow service. Dirty countertops. Didn’t have the beer we ordered after it was ordered. Offered a cheaper beer instead. We ordered a Margherita pizza and was given a cheese pizza without the toppings we added. Crazy high prices even for an airport. Menu is very different from the photos on Google. I added the updated version minus the sushi because that page is blank. Overall I’m just going to laugh at how bad of a decision it was to sit down here. Good luck if you do the same.
