I went to Baskin Robin to get a cake for my daughter’s birthday, it seems costumers are not allowed to open the fridge with the cakes, one of the associate started shouting at me asking why am I in the fridge and it continues as I try to check out the cake, I asked for a manager after the associate was trying to take the cake away….. very dissatisfied service

Very bad customer service, I called to cancel a cake that I’ve ordered but they could not only help me with my concern but they also hang up on me while I talk to the guy. Very rude!!!!

Things are the same as they were years ago. These are probably the same chairs. I got to change zip codes. Come on guys remodel brighten up this place. No I decided not to get anything I didn't feel comfortable about eating in the store.

This store is so dirty the employees don’t change their gloves I will start going to the one on Springfiled ave Newark it’s always clean there. The employees and manager have a nasty attitude . I will never spend money here anymore
