I almost always use mobile orders but their mobile order machine seems to be down a lot. The service and coffee is great and quick though so it doesn't matter too much if you can't mobile order.

I used to love Dukin Donuts but wen I found out they don't do the cooking anymore and that the stuff comes on a truck instead of being fresh I stopped going. Although the coffee is awesome but I'm good. That's just me

Very disgusted! I am ver disappointed in the service. My spinach bowl was cooked with the snacking back on the sheet. Taste nasty and the service is poor. The Younglady cooking could care less if customers will enjoy there food. I won’t ever go back....ever

The DD in my area (liberty ave)always get my order wrong. I discover that its the wrong order hen i have driven home. They are just terrible. I dont go there anymore. I visit the one on Rt.22. They always get everything right and they treat you nice.

I have been going to this Dunkin for two years on Halsey Street and I was told by the workers that because I didnt bring my wallet while i was on my break and wanted a cup of coffee they could not give me the coffee. The owner is a horrible man and full of greed for money. They have lost a valid Customer, who spends at least $10.00 a day 5 days a week and more. I will take my business else where.

good food & coffee, free wifi, but no seating, and "out of order" sign on bathroom, which I think was fake, after visiting another location a couple blocks away with the same sign, but I saw a customer come in and ask to be buzzed in to use it. I guess that due to the location, they want to try to avoid having to let vagrants in, an use the sign as an excuse if they run into someone sketchy looking who wants to use the restroom.
