Because I charge me 31 dollars n messed my whole order up like how u give me an Italian surf n turf I asked for the combo plus put mayo on my Italian cheese steak when I asked them not to y'all need to pay attention to wen ppl order y'all to pricey to not have ppl orders right n food is ite tighten up shack before report unsatisfying service

I ordered for delivery waited a half hour and when i called they said they had no delivery person so i went in to pick up my order only for them to tell me they never made the food i would have to wait 40 minutes... seriously horrible customer service

I just ordered food from them for the 1st time, "The New York Special Bucket." DO NOT EAT THEIR MASH POTATOES!!!! it taste like its been sitting out on that shelf since 1995. I threw it out😒. The chicken is fresh, juicy and crispy. I ordered fries also they were pretty good.

If the time you have on your website says 12 you open and you don't open at 12 you should update your website I have been calling since 12 and no ans so qhat time do you actually open

The chicken is really good but if you're hungry this wouldn't be the place because the wait is real sometimes the should start accepting orders for pick up

During ordering, they kept insisting on cash payment but reluctantly took my card over the phone.
Jumbo shrimp it was not. It was simply cheap frozen butterfly shrimp. Fries were plentiful but tasted like McDonald's left overs.
NY style meat lover pizza just flat out sucked. They took a carbon copy of my credit card upon food delivery even though my card was approved when the order was placed.
