Definitely did not like this location... We decided after this trip we will find another travel on the go breakfast spot. First thing first We WAITED to get greeted for about 10mins The server came to the table was NOT FRIENDLY at all his look was like.... "WHY ARE YOU HERE" didn't give us a name or nothing when i thought about it didn't matter cause he sucked so i did him a favor by just nkt asking cause i Definitely would have put it on here. I ordered a limeaide strawberry lemonade and let me tell you....tasted like pure SYRUP! hands are still swollen from the first sip.. Long story short... Service was awful had to constantly get his attention for napkins ,refills, condoments, needed food redone due to him not listening. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I left him a $5.00 tip and really should not have done that! Sorry BOB EVANS its been real due to this visit we will no longer visit ANY LOCATION thanks to the service from this location

Dining in for dinner, food was really good and brought to table pretty quickly despite them looking like they were short staffed. Staff was pleasant and restaurant was clean. The amount of food you get for the price is truly unbeatable we basically had a mini dinner buffet and it was under 30$ I was shocked. Great chain to visit especially this location.

Went there last night after a long day. Service was quick, friendly and attentive. Food was very good and portions excellent. Ali (?) our waitress was like a mind reader and there when we needed something but not hovering or intrusive. The restaurant was we clean and well kept. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommended.

I'm not sure if this location had staffing changes but the pick-up service they have is awful the last 3x things have been missing from my order or food is cold they also can't seem to walk your curbside order outside without youcalling you calling them 2x to say no one brought your order outside. Manager gets smart with you if you complain. Never I'm sorry what can we do to fix it. ALL I CAN SAY IS get a more professional manager over there who cares about customers WILL NO LONGER GET MY BUSINESS. JUST AWLFUL SERVICES wonder parking lots empty!!

If I could give negative stars I would. A friend and I arrived at this store last Saturday March 12 shortly before a crazy weather event. The cashier saw us when we came in, but was waiting on two people, and the room wasn't crowded. Someone came from the back and delivered a pickup order, then returned to the kitchen. No one acknowledged us or said 'I'll be right with you'. We asked a man who had dined there about the food & service; he suggested we go to IHOP. By this time 5 minutes had gone by. When the cashier finished with the customers, she never looked our way, and walked into the dining area. We left. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you don't want to serve ALL customers, get out of business.

My son who is 11 Wanted only strawberries manager and waitress said we can only give you a fruit cup that has some strawberries in it. I find it hard to believe they couldn't find strawberries in the kitchen just to give to my son they said we can give you a fruit cup with the strawberries but we would have to charge you for the fruit cup. We weren't asking for an extra steak or appetizer just for strawberries for my son. So I told them I will pay for the fruit cup but just bring us strawberries. And they did but charged us for a fruit cup. That is ridiculous unprofessional and not really caring about your customers. The Act to gain money for the establishment which is capitalism strikes again in the heart of America. That was a disgrace what they did and that this why country is going down to hell.

Awesome! My friend and I stopped thur around 3:30pm and were waited on by Vanessa. Ordered the pot roast dinner and country fried steak. Food was hot and yummy with mashed potatoes and veggies. Delicious. Had to also order the apple and triple berry pie. Soooo yummy! Vanessa was an excellent waitress and took very good care of us! We were just passing thru but if we are ever in the area again, we will stop by!
