Mad Macs

Once again at Madmacs for a drink good food and music. Nice vibe casual with a higher quality bar food. Super friendly staff. Nick D. Was my server tonite and was very on point and friendly. Definitely hope to have him take care of our table again. This is a friendly neighborhood spot that I have been coming to here and there for years.

I took boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday. It was a Tuesday around 545pm. We were greeted immediately and seated immediately. All the staff members were polite and helpful. I wanted to suprised my bf with a cake and they were more than accommodating. They kept it for me and entered after our meal with it singing happy birthday. The other customers were social and joined in and wished him well after. I never give 5 stars but I have no complaints. The shrimp and crab Mac was delicious. The ribwithand bacon Mac were delicious. Drinks good. They have a happy hour, nice environment, and excellent customer service. Sky was awesome

We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had an outside eating patio 🤯😁 That made my night. The restaurant itself, womens bathroom, entrance and floors were noticeably clean. The waitstaff friendly, smiling and attentive. They were not very busy at all and we were able to enjoy our time & not be crowded with people at tables right next to us. We look forward to a 2nd round of Strawberry Lemonades and Old Bay Fries while we clean out the moonlight

Really cool vibe, everyone welcome! There were tons of different kinds of people here, which I really loved! We did NOT get macaronis...I know...lol. we got a chicken ceasar and Barbie fries and a french dip! Salad and fries were great. Crispy fries and lettuce, really good smoky cheese sauce. French dip was okay. The creamy horseradish and even the raw horseradish were not real horseradishy, but sometimes this happens. They looked to be real short staffed, but people started coming in...even in their street clothes to help - and that means even if they have some staff not showing up, they really have some amazing dedicted staff! We were patient and they were awesome.

Mad Macs dine-in/bar experience has left me with nothing but golden sensational thoughts to match there outstanding Creamy Crusted Mac and cheese selection!! Best of all not only Has The Delicious delight of the Entrees rained glory on me but the outstanding Service from Lora, Alexis and Jodie!!! Lora had outstanding track and understanding of all tables and what they needed, all with a glowing aura and a smile on her face,I had fell in love!! Alexis moved and aided patrons to their tables with much joy and the heart for her work had noticeably shined threw her as she moved swiftly around this fine establishment. All in all I would recommend this spot to any mad, happy, drunk kinda Mac lover out there!!!

I was a server for almost 10 years - so I try to be understanding about what goes on in a restaurant - it's a lot harder than it looks. The food was decent, but this is just your average burger joint dressed up to appear like something more. My experience was DECENT but left a lot to be desired. A few tips I would add for improvement: 1. Have a hostess who STAYS at the front to seat people - do not make waitresses responsible for paying attention to who's up front - otherwise people will always wait a while, wondering where staff are. 2. Enforce a light dress code- I love stretchy pants but cheap, see-through yoga pants just makes for a slobbish look and makes it seem like you'd rather be ANYWHERE but here (which I get but fake it til you make it babe). Better dressed wait staff get better tips. Most feel more comfortable with their food when it's served by someone who DOESN'T look like they just rolled out of bed. 3. Please don't put bread IN the soup - put it on the side so we can actually enjoy it - most of us like our bread before it turns into soggy pudding,
