Chick-fil-a

Manager Glen was rude and unprofessional and wasn’t competent enough to answer a yes or no question. Never had such a horrible experience at Chick Fil A! If the dining room is closed you can be professional about it and don’t let your app allow me to chose dine in. I just wanted to wash my hands before eating!

Very convenient location, but overly busy. I wish this location had better parking for order pick up. I'm surprised they don't have more accidents here because of everyone entering to head to Wawa since there's a major blind spot when exiting the parking lot. It would also be way more productive and keep the drive-thru line moving if they always had the preorder pick up to not have to deal with the drive-thru because if your order isn't ready, but those behind you received their food, everyone else has to wait until you get your order. Customer service never disappoints, of course. Everyone is always super friendly and accommodating despite the crazy traffic.

Good afternoon, I placed my order online for delivery via 3rd party delivery service(Postmates) When my order arrived, the bag was sealed by Chick-fil-A. I ordered a cob salad and a side order of chicken nuggets. My salad came with no utensils nor ANY dressing. My side order of nuggets were soggy and not the traditional crispy light brown nugget that I am usually use too. Register 40. Tran num: 8276 Time: 12:15PM

Food is good, but the 2 stars is solely based on when I work as a doordasher or for Uber eats. This specific location orders are always taken by a random person. We lose money and waste our time coming here to find out the order was taken by someone else who came for a free meal. This has happened to me multiple of times. I walked in to another dasher waiting over 30mins for his order just to find out it was taken. Right after, the same employee came up to me and told me the same thing. We wait due to the amount we accept the order for, the customers tip us well and we become upset because we lost a good order especially with GAS being at $4.40 now. This is the only location I’ve had this problem done to me multiple of times. I believe they should begin to hand workers the orders and confirm with us that we are here picking up for DD/ UE bc this is insane.
