Saladworks

We moved to Florida where Saladworks doesn't exist, and for four years, I've wanted a Saladworks salad. Now that we are back, we made a trip to order food. Going in to order is much faster than placing an online order for pick up (like a 30-minute difference for some reason). Very glad to see that the salads were just as fresh and tasty as I remembered.

Stopped in the other day while traveling for my son’s baseball tournament. Place is extremely well kept and exceptionally clean. We were helped by a very kind woman named Danielle. She was super patient with my kids and very helpful with offering information and answering our questions about the menu. Such a polite lady, and clearly very effective at her job! We don’t live in the area but if we ever pass through again we’ll be sure to stop in here!!!

This Was Such An Awesome Place To Eat At! Me And My Dad Decided To Go Out For Dinner. (Due To Me Just Becoming A Vegetarian) My Dad Suggested Salad Works, I Said Heck Yeah! The People At The Counter We're Very Kind To Us! I Bought A Cezar Salad And My Dad Got A Buffalo Salad. We Both Really Enjoyed Out Salads And Enjoyed Our Whole Experience At Salad Works!

This location has went down hill. It seemed to have happened when they closed for abit and then opened up under "new management". Salad dressing container was downside so much it's not enough to cover the salad. Today's experience was being asked to hold bc they were busy which I understand I could hear the busy while holding but then I was hung up on. So I called back and was able to place my order. The rep said oh I apologize but didn't sound sincere. The salad was not the best as you can see most of my salad had these huge hard chunks if lettuce. If the other locations were closer to where I live I'd go there but they aren't. I will probably go back. But won't be for awhile.

My husband and I stopped in earlier tonight for salad and soup. Upon arriving we were greeted by two girls. One was incredibly friendly and nice, and made really nice salad! Her coworker however wasn’t very nice to my husband when he ordered soup and asked what sizes were available. She rudely pointed at the counter and told him the cup sizes were right there in front of him. He didn’t notice the cups because they were white, sitting on a white counter. The girl making my salad was polite and asked me if all the toppings were okay, and if she could do anything else for us. At checkout, the girl who was serving my husband the soup, was ringing us out. She was also not friendly with me at the register, and seemed to be impatient with me using their credit card machine. Not the best experience. At the end of it all, the soup was watery and not the best quality.

Each time we order something is not correct. They have sent the wrong food, no food, for the wrong person, and so on. Several times we contacted the delivery people and they would redeliver. Sometimes the store got the redelivery right, sometimes not. Today, again, they forgot half the food. I called and tried to talk to someone about having the rest of it delivered and the response was, “so, contact the delivery and get a refund.” Rude. Well, it would be nice after the wait to have something to eat. Long to short- contacted delivery and they set up another delivery for the forgotten items. The bag arrived and the food was okay but with the wrong drink. Ridiculous! We just cannot understand why they cannot seem to get anything right. The order tags are always correct, so they must not read them. Probably not going to order from here again.
