Nick & Joe's Pizza

$80 worth of food and almost all of it was completely disappointing. They forgot one of the kids meals, and the fries were old. All of the food was burnt. Strombolis were black with almost no filling in them, and grease pouring out of them. Never had an issue before the place changed, and will be the last time doing business

Great meal with everything well prepared. The Buffalo Hot Wings were great... better than a lot of wing joints and at a better price. 2/5/22 update: I'm dropping my previously awarded 5 star rating to 3 because I was treated very rudely. There are too many sub shop options around to treat people badly. We ordered $115 worth of food and we're missing a sandwich when we got home. I called and was put on hold - that's fine, they're busy - then they came back after 3 minutes, I explained the situation and again it was the "hold please" and they disappeared for another 6 or 7 minutes... just ignoring me. When they came back on, I told them I was coming back in to pick it up. When I called the first time there was only one exceptable response: an apology and we'll have that ready for you! When I got there, it wasn't ready. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting, no one talking to me, no one telling me they were working on it, no one showing any single indication that they even cared, no apologies, no thank you. Does this staff care at all about their customers? The food was good so they must care about that but if I get treated like this again, I'm gone. If they treat many like this, they will be gone too.

Placed an order for a #5 combo which online says comes with fries. When picking up the order we were informed it in fact did NOT come with fries. Also, I requested there be no cheese on the pizza as I am allergic and for the cheese to be replaced with a little extra sauce. I was CHARGED EXTRA for sauce!!! $8.25 for this?!? They didn’t even cut the thing! The young kid at the counter has no customer service skills and catches an attitude when you ask him any questions. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. I miss NICK AND JOES

DON’T PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT; THEY DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH CORRECTLY! THEY MADE MY ORDER INCORRECTLY 3XS, I CAME TO THE STORE TWICE! THE COOK WANTS TO ARGUE IN SPANISH, REFUSED TO REMAKE MY ORDER. THE MANAGER WASNT PRESENT, GETS THERE AND REFUSES TO MAKE THE ORDER AT NO CHARGE! EVEN THOUGH I WAS REFUNDED, THEY COULD HAVE REMADE THE ORDER AT NO CHARGE TO ACCOMODATE! GAS IS TOO HIGH TO MAKE MULTIPLE TRIPS. THE OWNER DID OFFER TO MAKE IT HALF OFF, BUT HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE. TOLD ME TO, “GET OUT”! The only person with sense, is the cashier. She speaks perfect english, but should get a raise, for having to be a translator! Don’t waste your momey, the customer service SUCKS!!!!!!! They can careless about food allergies or dietary restrictions!
