YOU GOT TO READ MY REVIEW.... Stopped around 1:30pm on a Friday to grab one Hot N' Ready Pepperoni. A girl greets me while she is buttering cheesy bread on a metal storage rack that is not made to prepare food. She did not come to the counter. She asks if she can help me. I replied that I want one Hot N' Ready Pepperoni. She said hold on then went back to doing the cheesy bread. So I stand there waiting for maybe three minutes (not exaggerating, not kidding). She then comes from around the Hot N' Ready rack and asked "Can I help you?". Well, I mean, I just told her three minutes ago what I needed. I don't understand why I need to repeat myself. But I did anyway. I said "Yea hi one Hot N' Ready Pepperoni please". She then said "Ok just ..." then the rest was very low and mumbled. I couldn't even understand what she said. She then walks away and goes back to the cheesy bread. So I am thinking, ok, there must be one in the oven. Another customer walks in. Seems like he ordered already. He just sits down on the window sill. No chairs in their large takeout area (why?). She gathers up what just came out of the oven and hands him his food and he leaves. Its been 8 minutes now. I know this because I been texting while I was waiting. She then looks at me and gives me the total. I told her I also want two sauces. Without saying anything, she walks away. So I am thinking she is going in the walk-in to get the sauces. She is gone over a minute. She comes back and picks up the cheesy bread and I believe she put it in the oven. I could not really see from my prospective. Again. this was not on a food prep table. This was on a rack with other racks above with boxes on it. So she comes back, then, you won't believe this, opens the Hot N' Ready cabinet and pulls out a pizza. So... its been in there THE WHOLE TIME !!! Is she serious? I don't say anything because I just want to get out of there. Total came to $6.18 because of the sauces. I handed her a $20 bill and two dimes. I wish i had a five and one but I just didn't. So she goes to the register and is just counting it over and over a few times in her head. Why? All she has to do is punch in $20.20 as cash tendered and the register will tell her what to give me. She opens the drawer and is still counting. Then asks me if I have anything smaller. I told her that usually I do but right now I do not. So she gave me back a $10 bill and sixteen quarters and also shorts me two pennies. Evidently they have poor cash management and are low or out of one dollar bills. As a shocker, while not genuine, she thanked me for coming in. When I get home, after close inspection, the pizza was old. I like to eat my pizza by folding the crust but the crust was so hard I could not even fold the pizza. The crust was very tough and chewy. And it wasn't cut very well. I had to rip the pieces off each other (see picture). In my opinion, she gave me a pizza they made around 11am where they made a bunch of pizza (too many) so they wouldn't have to keep making pizzas throughout the shift. This pizza was really old. So, you be the judge on my experience. And judging by the other reviews, the owner does not care because there has been no improvement since the reviews nor does the owner reply. I am never going back to that location. This was ridiculous !

My husband and I have been sitting here for 15 minutes the person before us has yet to get his pizzas, they have the door propped open as if it was summer time making the wait that much more uncomfortable. The Latino employee training a new African American employee is doing so while blasting music from drake off of his mp3 stereo to the point it gave my husband a head ache. Clearly they can not handle the dinner rush or any kind of rush for that matter and need either a new manager to come in and clean house or need some more rules pit in place to maintain good and speedy customer service.

This place just keeps changing owners & staff and keeps getting worse. They don't pick up the phone if they are busy and their register is down a lot. Hot and Ready are rarely Hot and rarely Ready. If my kids didn't - for some unknown reason - love their pizza, I would NEVER go here. I only gave 2 stars because my kids like the pizza. Currently, I've waited 25 minutes and counting for 2 Hot and Ready pizzas. 10 minutes ago she took my order and told me 5 minutes... They can't even bother to say thank you. Update (2017-09-30): I just received the best and friendliest service I have had at this location in 2 years. If they keep it up for a few visits, I'll up their star rating.

They are absolutely horrible. Bad bad service I thought the concept of hot and ready was to be able most times to grab and go why else advertise it right? Well according to the manager while waiting an hour for hot and ready pizza and cheesey bread that they got wrong how is it that hard to get bread sticks and cheese sticks confused one has cheese one doesn't I asked for the ones with cheese... Anyway she said that you have to call in your order at that store!!! How does that make any sense when they advertise hot and ready come by and get it whenever you want and the employees are rather rude and make fun of you when it's uncalled for so if I could get away with no stars I would but can't

Ordered 15 pizzas 3 days before our event, was assured pizzas would be ready by scheduled pick up time of 1130; Instead my husband sat there for almost an hour!!! (Our party was scheduled for 11am!!!) He witnessed the lady behind the counter taking orders, handling money, and making pizzas all simultaneously without washing her hands or even using gloves for any of it!!! To add insult to injury some of the crust sitting on the counter had flies sitting on them! Everyone that's witnessed this needs to make a report to the department of health!! Simply disgusting!!
