The burger beef I'd always great. However, getting the toppings right on an online order seems to be nearly impossible. In my experience, if I order extra toppings of anything, they must just see (name of topping) and put a regular amount. Also, other times they don't even look and put the standard order regardless. My friend almost could not eat his burger because they put onions on it even though I ordered it without them. (He hates onions). Even after removal, the onion taste remains.
Check your order before leaving.

I was there on 4/21/22 and my order was taken by Allyssa at 6:21PM.
First NO ONE wore gloves, while waiting for my order, a person who looked off duty went into the serving area and packed up an order and left out the side door.
When my granddaughter and I finally got our order, it was the wrong order!
I took both sandwiches up and asked Alyssa to correct the problem. I waited while they took care of a couple of other problems. about 10 minutes later, I said something like " Whoa, I need both of you to help me." told her my problems and the sandwich maker said he had mine. they gave me my sandwiches and I took them back to eat. They were not hot, just luke-warm. Also the soda machine closest to the register barely had any sodas in system I could access. I did not see the other machine .I spent $22.76 and have never been so disappointed in Wendy's service. I would like to have a refund of all my money. the remodel was great, Its a shame you can't say anything good about the service. Other people waiting for their food said the same things about their experience.

UPDATE: So, either the upper management was given poor training or, she is just that careless. A loved one just witnessed the general manager, tell a customer we knew, that because each Wendy's is privately owned, that there was no corporate office or number. When this loved one came home, we looked it up and found it. Of course, the customer wanted to make a complaint against the general manager who told him corporate didn't exist, so the customer asked, " If there is no corporate number, who do I report complaints to?" The manager replied, " that the only ways to make a complaint is to call the Wendy's and talk to the General Manager (HER ) or to come back and hope that the owner was there to speak to him." So, this manager is being aggressive, Abusive, and deceitful, to customers and, we are supposed to believe that there is no way for customers to report her harassment and abusive behavior. The owner must be extremely proud that his business promotes so much abuse because supposedly, customers enjoy unhelpful, rude, abusive, and toxic staff handling their food
If there was a possibility of giving negative stars I would. Not only do I not feel like a valued customer or person, but as I have many loved ones who work or worked at this location. The new manager there is abusive and neglectful. The upper management is so focused on abusing their staff and violating human rights like bathroom breaks, that they treat customers worse than they treat the gum on their shoe. They make the atmosphere extremely toxic I rather eat from a trash can DO NOT GO HERE EVER. They also are extremely discriminating. I will eat moldy food and get sick before ever eating or ordering from this location. They also obviously don't care or don't know the establishment core values, or mission statement. Reading other reviews are we sure upper management have the ability to read and comprehend?

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD GETTING 15$ an hour plus for food like this looks like it came off the floor.... CHILI IS COLD looks like dog food never coming to this location again will go to the other location by the old best buy

The employees are very unprofessional. It’s cold outside but sorry it’s not my problem. The menu board light is not working properly, and is my third time that I stop by and it’s to slow the are not clients, so why is the food cold? Well I hope people see my review and stop buying in here.

13 cars in line at 1pm on 2/27. Dining room still closed. Obnoxiously slow service. Im not coming here any more. They refuse to hire enough people to do the job, and pay a fair wage.

The dining room was closed earlier than the time posted on the door, and they don't let you walk through the drive thru. As that is the only restaurant open within an hours walk, they shouldn't close the doors until the posted time.
