Burger King

I hate to say anything bad about services provided by others or stores, but this place has no interest in getting your order through or even care that costumers are waiting for long periods of time on either placing a order or getting one. Dining in is closed but has nothing to show you that Dining is isn't available. Drive through is absolutely nonexistent. Employees on their phones and seems to not care about the consumers trying to get their order. U can see that they don't care if u are waiting long times or not. Seems they pay more attention to each other and being on their phones then getting orders out and costumers at least somewhat satisfied. I think corporate or management needs to revisit this place. Will not return. Left without even getting my order in because it was 30 minutes or more waiting in line of drive though.

They handed me the wrong bag, and I started to pull off, but they acknowledged they made a mistake. They apologized for the issue, and handed me my correct order. With everything going on these days, it's about treating these workers with respect. A lot of places are short staffed and are struggling. I'm sure we've all been there at one point in time

Their customers service skills are in need of help & improvement. My husband & I were in line waiting for 20 minutes, got our order then items were missing 😑 had to get into the drive thru line again, wait another 10 minutes... let me say I was not a happy camper & was afraid of any tampering with the food. We were well mannered and spoke in natural tone. Hmmm, never again next time just wait go somewhere else.

I was standing in line for 4 1/2 minutes there was no one in line .the manager a older woman ask what I wanted I asked for a Minute Maid frozen drink , she slammed it on the table very unprofessional ,I politely asked her name she said I’m not giving it to you,so I asked for corporate number she refused.I will be calling rackson there corporate office.
