Papa Johns Pizza

We called and were transferred to this store based on location. The store picks up and says we are out of the delivery range. Somehow they still managed to bring us a pizza we didn't order. In a mixup with the other store we ended up having to pay for 2 pizzas. We had the most unhelpful delivery person I've ever encountered...Adonis...who only carried one $5 bill. Not that he did anything to deserve a tip (in fact he should have to pay me for wasting 15 minutes arguing about the bill) but he couldn't even make change for $25 on a $20 and change order... felt like a HUGE rip off having to give him a tip to ruin my night!

Called in to order and the guy kept wanting to add tax to my order. Didn’t offer and specials. Did not know what he was doing. I told him I’d pick up in 45 min. And he said hold so I can see if we can do that? Is this guy working from home? Terrible service. Oh and for the survey afterwards it wouldn’t let me leave a 2. I hope my order is right when I pick up!

Horrible experience tonight with this store. I placed an online order for 2 heart pizzas, wings and a brownie and could now add "garlic butter sauce" to the order online. So immediately after placing the order I called and spoke with an associate explaining I have 3 kids that all want the sauce and I could not add it online. He asked how many I wanted, I said 4, and he stated my address to me to confirm which order to add it to. I confirmed it and he said okay, gottcha 4 extra sauces. Once my order arrived I asked the delivery driver about the sauce and he said he didn't have it, nor was it on the order. I opened the box and no sauces at all. So of course I get upset and call in. The person who answered, not naming names to be polite, said there was none on my order. I explained that I called in and he just said that they were never added. I expressed my frustration that NO sauce was in the box at all, not even the normal 1 that comes with it, and he said they do not come with thin crust. I told him I still need the sauce and he told me it would be 6.99 for the sauce because of delivery fee and 45-50 min to get it. Terrible experience, never again.
