I got there 10 minutes before opening. The door was open, so I went in to order. They said they weren't open yet and I had to wait outside because of covid. I waited until opening time, they were 5 minutes late opening the door, then I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to prepare the counter. At hat point, 5 other people were waiting.
Also they are stingy on the meat.

Food is like other chipotle. Service is completely off. No matter how many people waiting in the line, their staffs move slowly. They spend more time flirting with each other then helping customers. This is the portion I got for a full sized bowl.

I have ordered chip as part of my order and they did not deliver it but they charged my credit card. I called the store at 34883 Newark Blvd, Newark, CA 94560 and the person I spoke to was very rude. She didn't even care about the customers. Stay away from this location and stay away from these people. To me, they are doing it on purpose. I never order from this place again.
