Domino's Pizza

I have been to a few Domino’s in Columbus, and this store makes one of the best cheesy breads. I enjoy my Domino’s cheesy bread with their ranch sauce. Their pizza is good. They also sell salads and a few sweets. Nice and friendly staff. Limited parking out front and street parking available. Decent prices.

Ordered some pizza, and bit into glass. I did reach out to an attorney. But be careful, I highly doubt it was a one pizza thing. When I called the lady said they don’t make their sauces and she thinks it was from the sauce distributor. She apologized and said someone will reach out. Never in my life have I ever had this happen to me.

Overall a pleasant experience. The hotel staff is not very fond of that particular delivery person/driver; however, he seemed like a nice enough fellow to me. Food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. My only issue was the missing beverage item. I ordered a 2 liter of Diet Pepsi at which point the operator took the time to make sure that item was available. He did confirm the item was available. He then became distracted with an issue that was not related to my order. I politely repeated the order for the Diet Pepsi just to make sure. He then repeated the entire order back to me including the 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. As I suspected when the driver arrived he was without a 2 liter of diet Pepsi and it was not included on my receipt. Luckily the hotel provided me with the beverage that I needed, if not, this review would have a much different tone. Thank you for your service!

My friends child is allergic to tomatoes. Even after rejecting the first pizza with pizza sauce (the allergy was known, and the order was for items with no tomato sauce) they still used a pizza cutter with tomato sauce on it to cut our order, then proceeded to mix a tomato sauce in with the others. When we called and asked for a manager we were hung up on.

Unprofessional had me on hold for an hour!!!!! I called twice and had the phone picked up then hung up immediately by dominos! Called back the third time and was on hold for an hour! Never again will I try to place an order with them! Highly recommend no one order here! Check the reviews it speaks for itself! No satisfied customers!

This evening I ordered my usual when I am in a pinch, thin crust, cheese with green olives- extra olives. I received a pizza with ham and the works, ok no issue I will call and have them send another out and return the one they delivered or give it to someone on the street…40min later still on hold. I’m eating a salad tonight.
