Today was my first visit since it’s been under new management. They’ve really improved on the cleanliness of the store. The topping bars were clean and the yogurt tasted delicious 😋 The staff were friendly and very helpful. The new owner lowered the price to 46 cents per ounce so my cup wasn’t very expensive. Overall I was highly satisfied with my visit! I will definitely be back for more

Ice cream tasted good. 10+ flavors to choose from. Just didn't like the pricing not being visible anywhere behind the counter. There is a wide variety of toppings, which is a plus, but most of them taste stale. In particular, Butterfinger was clumped together. Gummy items are also stale tasting. Sprinkles were out, and when we asked, the gentleman said that was all they had... So no sprinkles for us. Two ice creams came out to be 11.50... And they were mid sized cups filled roughly half way. With lots of toppings. How could they be better? Post the price behind the counter in big print... Nothing to hide or be ashamed of. Get some neutral ambient music to sort of match the bright coloring of the interior. Tell the employees it's not wrong to smile. Advertise in your own building as to the benefits of "checking in" with your cell phone at the counter, like loyalty programs and text communications of sales... Of which are some benefits of checking in that i know of.

This was a first for us going here first there is no pricing anywhere so you don't even know what you are paying until the end. So they weigh it and that's how they come up with the price which we was in total shock when they said how much it was $38 for 4 smalls. Still can't believe it and then we didn't even like it, it was just to sweet we will stick with ice cream from anywhere from now on! The staff seemed nice , the toilet seemed unstable and a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom, the place was a little dirty which was odd bcs I never see anyone there , the seating is weird to two chairs per table it was odd. Just want to give ppl a heads up on the shocking price for this place bcs I wish I would of known beforehand!

I was not impressed. We have been here a few times and not had a bad experience until today. I tried the rice krispie treat flavor and it tasted like spoiled milk. My son loaded his ice cream with candy and some of the fruit juice balls had an 'odd' flavor that we didn't think was normal. I tried to eat a different flavor but couldnt get the spoiled milk taste out of my mouth so we both ended up throwing our ice cream away. We prefer Cupps.

Horrible food. Found plastic in lo mein noodles. Egg rolls were dry n recooked. Bit into a piece of shrimp that had a toothpick in it. Overall horrible. Very disappointed. Staff was rude reaching in front of you to grab plates or food. They grab plates that your still eating off of. Don't ask if your done nor say excuse me. Very poor food and service. This place deserves a half star rating. Will not go back and will not suggest to anyone.

They had a Sweet Frog when I lived in Akron so I was happy when I heard they were opening one here. I get the same ice cream and toppings almost every time I go but this time it was way more expensive than I've ever had to pay. $10.30 just for one person is ridiculous. This was very disappointing and I am hesitant to go back to this location
