We got there late, almost closing. Some food was getting dried out but I'm sure was good when fresh. Scallops were too fishy tasting. People who worked there were very friendly. I'd recommend it just go before closing.

Prices have raised little but that's to be expected with all the price increases. Lots of food choices. Love the on the grill option to cook fresh as well as a buffet line. Ice cream is really good here. Our family always enjoys coming here.

Took a party of five here on 4:30PM on a Tuesday. My first impression was 'dirty.' I observed napkins and other trash stuck between the outer windows and inner booths. Inside was dark, the dining room lights and wall mounted television were off.
The food was plentiful, dinner service had begun and the kitchen staff was beginning to load up the buffet with higher end foods. I had some pork ribs and chicken. It was filling, but lacking in flavor. I paid $75 for the meal plus a tip. Don't think I'll be back.

Went at 7:30pm. All the food was old and cold. I got a variety of items and each seemed worse than the last. Told the waitress it was cold and she just took my plate away. We decided to leave at this point and I told the cashier our food was cold and we didn’t eat. She asked me to show her which foods were cold, so we went to the buffet and she touched one of the pieces of chicken and said “it’s not cold”. So I said "taste it" and she took a tiny bite and said "it's hot". I'm sorry but is that how you temp your food!? Gross and shameful.

My daughter grandchildren and I went in today and had theost awful experience. 2 bites into our meal my daughter had a roach in her food. We didn't think to take pictures. When I went up and told them we were told we had to pay anyway. The ladies were talking Chinese so we didn't understand what they were saying. The most expensive 2 bites of food we have ever had. We feel this could have been handled better. We will not be returning

Food was cold, and not fresh at all. Side door was open, and flys were on the food. Staff was accommodating but it's not the Cheng's it used to be, back when we all remembered it behind Taco Bell in Heath. Don't waste your time.

Zero stars. Bug warning! Found a cockroach on my first plate. Quietly brought to staff's attention and said we would be leaving. The staff was absolutely rude to us and still charged us FULL price for buffett. Will never go back or any Chinese buffet for that matter.

STAY AWAY. Absolutely worst food I've been served in my life. Would not feed to dog. Ordered via doordash, took 90+ minutes. Food's quality was absolutely disgusting. Food seems to have been standing out for at least a day. Had that gross dry reheated tasted. Veggies were already part spoiled. Rice was hard and dry. Smelled strange.
