An issue with the app came up when placing an order and while I do not feel the local store was at any fault, the general manager gave me a call and provided a full refund. She is very passionate about her store and providing the best customer service. Kudos to her and her team for keeping on during a wild year.

Ordered online, picked up my favorite handmade sausage and pineapple at store which is just down the street, got home and just drooled because it was soooo good. Called the manager Jennifer to tell her how scrumptious it was and to thank the one who made it. Great job!

Though I know they are busy on Friday nights I was highly disappointed. I placed my order at 7:15 , my estimated time said 7:39 for delivery. The handy track your order app said at 8:06 it was ready for a quality check. Our pizza didnt come until 9:15. It was burnt and barely warm. Definitely wont be ordering again.

This was the 1st time that I ordered here in probably 7 or 8 years and now I know why. My order took WAY longer than it was supposed to and the pizza was dried up and room temperature. It literally was like eating cardboard. After 4 small squares, the whole box went into my trash and I cooked something for myself. I will starve before I order from here again. Extreme disappointment.

I was on the phone for 10 min before anyone answered the phone,then I was asked to hold,no one ever came back ,after another 15 min I hung up. They are possibly shorthand, but that was ridiculous. This wasn't a weekend it was Monday. Time before was a fiasco,they kept calling a name that wasn't close to ours,it was 10 min before they got it figured out. Too bad because we like their thin crust.
