Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut location is really run down and due for a remodel. I really wish the location offered a buffet and delivery. I had an ok experience with staff, the cooks did a great job. We preordered our pizzas 6 hours in advance and left 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be done, which made me late to the event. The food comes out as you would want it.

I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to rate negative! Service was terrible! The staff was more interested in their friend that was standing at the counter talking to them than they were in the guests. The breadsticks were cold, they needed offered drink refills, then they brought the wrong pizza after I repeated my order to the waiter twice because he didn't write anything down, then he charged me for the pizza that was wrong. When I asked about it he rolled his eyes and huffed! Never going back again! Made me remember why I quit going in the first place!

I wish I could give this place 10 negative stars! I went to pick my pizza up and the manager is horrible! She yelled at the employee to come to the counter, which she already was. I needed to add on to the order and the employee, who was clearly newer asked the manager how to enter it. The manager yelled at her and told her that she should know how to do it and then just stood there. Finally she told her how to enter it and was rude the whole time. This manager is rude every time we are there. Its no wonder no one comes here any longer
