Starbucks

It's not a place to go as a designation; though I do go to other Starbucks where I spend some time to enjoy a cup of java. This one is inconsistent in terms of service and over all quality. Last week I went in to get a drink, and while waiting in line to place the order and thinking if I should get something to eat, I noticed the displace case (refrigerated?) full of hundreds of tiny flies. Many were dead in the corners, piled up, and many were feasting on the food items. See the 2 pictures attached. The one, zoomed in, shows those insects, visible on the food items and flying around. Obviously, I didn't buy anything to eat, thinking that quality control is clearly lacking. I wouldn't even trust sealed packages since improper handling (like not refrigerated) could pose a risk. I regretted buying a drink too, wondering what kind of hygiene they keep at that store. I won't be stopping there again even though I go to Newburgh for its shopping.

Terrible service. Lady who works there is rude and uncaring. Store isn’t even close to closing and she shut down the oven without informing me that I couldn’t get my food warmed up so now I’m stuck with cold food. Not friendly at all. Usually I have a good experience here but not the last two times with her here.

Went to buy croissant and employee refuse to warm up the croissant because she just shut off the oven. After that employee just put the croissant with wrapper in the back. I bought it at 6:22 PM and I know that their not closing till 9:00 PM. I love Starbucks but not going to this locations anymore. Employee are rude.
